The earliest entry is Grace United Methodist in Denver, listed July 28, 1970. Saint Philip in the Field in Sedalia and Grace Episcopal in Georgetown followed in 1973, the latter a preserved silver-boom church in a town the register lists almost in its entirety.

A register listing covers the building, not the congregation, and some listed buildings house congregations younger than the walls. Corrections are applied through the corrections page.
