Dear Friend: Welcome, and thank you for visiting the website of Rocky Mount Baptist Church. We are a Southern Baptist Church in the Anson Baptist Association. We are located on Rocky Mount Church Road, Polkton, NC between Oakboro and Wadesboro, in the Burnsville Community. We are a body of believers committed to teaching, preaching, and living God’s infallible word. We desire to follow the Lord Jesus Christ with all of our hearts and would love for you to join us in person this Sunday. So, if you are looking for a church home, please come and see what God is doing here in the lives of His people. To get to us, travelling between Oakboro and Burnsville/Wadesboro on Hwy 742, you would turn onto Thomas Road. At the end of Thomas Road, turn left on Rocky Mount Church Road. We are located at the top of the hill. Travelling on Hwy 138, between Locust and Albemarle, you would turn onto Hillford Road. Just stay on Hillford (it eventually becomes Rocky Mount Church) Road and it will take you to Rocky Mount Baptist Church. Our Scheduled church services are as follows: Sunday School @ 10:00 am; Sunday Worship @ 11:00 am; Wednesday Choir Practice @ 7:00 pm; Wednesday Bible Study @ 7:30 pm.
