United Methodists in northern Mason County are excited about what God has in store for us and the surrounding community we love and serve. Our growing congregation is composed of people of all ages and diverse backgrounds. Sunday worship is one of the best ways to learn how we live out our faith. Worship at NMUMC contains a creative mix of celebration and exploration. Join us as we praise God and hear God’s word for our times through scripture, tradition, experience, and reason. 8:30 AM Coffee & Communion Chapel Gather around the baptismal font in the sanctuary for 25 minutes. Casual and intimate, this service focuses around the sacrament of Holy Communion. 9:00 AM Education Hour for All Ages Learning about God, our faith, and each other is a life-long journey. We encourage everyone to chose a group in which to grow in knowledge of Scripture, Christian faith, and what it means to follow Christ in your life. Pre-kindergarten childcare is provided in the Nursery. 10:15 AM Celebrate Worship! Our primary worship service blends musical styles from ancient to contemporary. Together, we lift our songs and prayers to God, hear the scriptures illuminated for our lives today, and experience the love and grace of Christ. A children’s message is offered early in the service, after which kids too old for the nursery but too squirmy for worship are invited to play games downstairs with supervised childcare. We would love to have you join us in meaningful worship, caring fellowship, and our growing Christian faith and service. There is much happening here beyond Sunday mornings. Outreach projects include: Relay for Life; Free Sunday Supper with the North Mason Coalition of Churches and Community; Empty Bowl to raise funds for the North Mason Food Bank; gathering food and items for the High School Food Bank; 30 Hour Famine with our Youth Group; Faith in Action.
