Holy Communion is celebrated the first Sunday of each month and in the chapel after all services on the other Sundays of the month. Nursery care is provided for the 9:30 and 11:00 services. A Healing service takes place in the chapel the 3rd Sunday of every month at 7:00pm., for anyone in need of physical or emotional healing. Sanctuary Worship in Liturgy, Music, and Word Traditional Lutheran worship means different things to different people. There may be a way that speaks more deeply to you as you seek to worship God. Beginning October 17th, you will have the opportunity to experience more than one way of worshipping in a traditional setting. At the 8 AM service, we will be using more fully the Lutheran liturgy. Our hope is to provide a traditional, Lutheran worship service that will reach those who love the Lutheran liturgy. The 9:30 AM sanctuary service will remain unchanged, with a continued strong proclamation of the Gospel through music. The 11 AM worship service will focus more on the second half of our mission statement by providing different sermon series throughout the year to “help you grow in the Christian faith,” while retaining about the same amount of liturgy currently used. While none of these shifts are major, our hope is to more effectively accomplish the mission God has given us to do.
