The building is located next to the Evansville airport off of HWY 57. The building sits next to the HWY with a small lake with a fountain in it, fun for fishing. It has recently (2016) added a 9 hole disc golf course to its grounds. It has a small playground with a white fence around it for younger children to play on, too. All these areas are open to the public.
