e are the newest church in Gainesville. We have not even had our first meeting yet. Our Founding Pastor formerly served as a campus Pastor at Illinois State, Syracuse and Northwestern Universities, when he was a bit younger. He also planted churches in Illinois. Rick Warren suggests to the middle age Pastor, who is praying about what to do next, that he think back to the most God Blessed thing he had done in the past and do it again. For our Founding Pastor that would be working with college students and Gainesville has more of them than just about anywhere. Every day our Founding Pastor prays that one day soon the Gospel will be preached at the UF football stadium because that is the only place in town big enough to hold all the people who want to attend and who need to hear the Gospel.
