As God leads, our church is developing ministries to people who are hurting. This is often heart-wrenching work, but we desire to make a real difference in people’s lives. Would you like to be involved? The foundation and fountain of these ministries of compassion come from our intimacy with God. We are called into a relationship of love with God that is personal and real through Jesus Christ, “who loved us and gave himself for us.” Intimacy with God, as in all relationships, requires openness and vulnerability of our lives to God. This can feel very risky, but it is the deepest challenge we face and the only way for our own lives to be truly changed and healed. We are on the journey of intimacy with God.
