Located seven miles south of Hillsboro and some eighteen miles southwest of Portland, Laurel is in a rural setting but is mainly populated by suburban-minded people who live on small acreages. There are a few people in the area who make their living from agricultural production, but most of our population work in typical suburban occupations. We have worship on Sundays at 9:00 a.m. which is a traditional service and a contemporary service at 10:45am.
